About Me

I feel reiki has literally turned my life around in every way. Physically I have changed beyond recognition as I have lost nearly 8 stone in weight, I feel I carried this around with me a lot of my life as protection of myself. Mentally, I have gained a strength I never knew I was capable of having. Emotionally, I have released many traumas and upsets that have occurred throughout my lifetime, becoming clearer and more focused on the life I would like. My spirituality has grown and continually connects me to source supporting me on my journey that I am now on, helping people to follow their true path and be happy within.

My daily activities for my self-care are doing reiki on myself, clearing my energies and balancing my chakras, walking my dogs and practising yoga.
